Famous Ace Shuttler Jwala Gutta always puts herself in the controversies with her attitude.This sports women never stood calm if anything is going wrong in her surroundings.She always points out wherever she finds injustice.Jwala is once again in the headlines of the news by expressing her anger against Indian govt. for not shortlisting her name in the eligible athletes for Target Olympic Podium (TOP) which funds the scheme for the possible medal winners at the 2016 Rio Olympics which is announced by the Sports Ministry of India.
In association with India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) Ministry of Youth and Sports signed a contract with MOU.IIFCL announced that the top scheme will receive 30crores in 3 years which is really a huge amount, by this Jwala is particularly not happy as she missed the golden oppurtunity.
Even Jwala’s double’s patner Ashwini Ponnapa also missed a chance, this raised the anger of Jwala to the peaks.Ashwini and Jwala together won Bronze medal at world badminton championships which has been conducted in the year 2011.Combination of Jwala and Ashwini is currently ranking 18 in the list.
